Heat-seal graphics and lettering are a great way to customize garments at a reasonable price even in low quantities. In fact, low quantity orders done with heat-seal as opposed to screen printing can save you and your customers money! Screen printers have to charge set-up fees because of the costs involved with printing on vellum and burning screens. Heat-seal graphics are cuttable from most vector-based artwork that we create for screen printed graphics already. These cuttable graphics are sent to a digital plotter that cuts along the vectors to create a heat-seal graphic affectionately know as a CAD-Cut.
CAD-Cuts are not the solution to replace all print jobs (especially detailed and multi-color layouts), but a one or two color CAD-Cut logo or lettering layout is perfect for those orders with quantities less than 12 that screen printers dislike so much! CAD-Cuts can also be added to garments that are finished like a printed jersey that need an added graphic to satisfy the needs of your customer like a player name, sponsor name or team logo.
Do you already heat-seal names and numbers on jerseys? Have we got a set-up for you! Pre-spaced player names take the work out of heat-seal lettering. There's no need to space out individual letters by hand! Use CAD-Cut names to cut your work in half. Customers report that CAD-Cuts save them at least 50-70% of the time they used to spend at the heat press! Don't waste your time with individual letters... do it the easy way and use the time you save to make more money for your business!
